Does Rad Power Bikes offer free shipping?
Rad Power Bikes offers free shipping on all orders containing bikes. If your order only contains accessories or parts, this will incur a shipping fee of $10 for orders, unless your order is worth $150 or more. Rad Powers Bikes accessories orders worth $150 or more will be shipped free. Note that replacement battery orders will require an extra $60 shipping charge.
Can I get a Rad Power Bikes student discount?
Yes, students & graduates can verify with Student Beans through the Rad Power Bikes website to get discounts on their orders. These discounts are different depending on whether you're still studying. Students can get a free accessory worth $100 with any purchase, whilst Graduates can get $50 off any e-bike purchase.
What is the Rad Power Bikes return policy?
To return your Rad Power Bikes ebike, you'll need to get in touch with Rad Power Bikes customer service within 30 days of your receipt of the bike. The bike must have less than 10 miles on the odometer and be free of wear and tear. Make sure it's in the original packaging with all the items originally included, and when the Rad Power Bikes customer service team send you a prepaid returns label, attach it to the box before you send it back.
